Seriously, his entire team: Greg, Angel, Justin, Michael, Charles, Garvin, Jace, and Pete are so hard-working, efficient, polite, and honest.As a manager, Rocky is so refreshing to work with, and this realization occurred to me in every interaction, and multiple times within each interaction.He quoted a very competitive price, came in exactly at bid, anticipated every aspect of what I might need throughout the job, helped with both moving and junk disposal, was extremely flexible on timing with short notice, and made it seem effortless to execute on quite a challenging scenario, which involved different destinations, lots of logistics, and several personalities.As a real estate broker often receiving service professional referral requests, not only wouldn’t I hesitate to refer Rocky’s team to anyone of my clients, colleagues, or social circle… but he will permanently take the top position on my list.As a small business owner, I know what it takes to deliver a relentless commitment to customer service, and Rocky is a class act who makes it look easy.
