EVGA 3090 FTW3 Non Working Read Desciption

See images from what you are going to get, includes original box, and retention bracket which is brand new, the card was used in a Water cooled build since 2022, just recently it stopped working, and why it was taken apart. The card was built back together with the original fan housing and screwed. There are different thermal pad since it was in a water-cooled but and new thermal paste. There is power to the card since all of the fans spin but nothing displayed. I tried many things to get it back but its time for a new card. But if could be your luck if you can get it to work. Anyone can make me an offer. Will ship in an outer box as well.
